Hot Dish: Michael’s On East’s Butter-Roasted Flounder

From the changing monthly global menu at Michael’s came a dish that’s earned a spot on the permanent lunch menu. Tender, light, buttery flounder fillets are perfectly balanced with a hint of grain mustard in a brown sage butter sauce.
