The Forks & Corks Grand Tasting will take place in January 2024 at The Ringling.

Forks & Corks, which took place during a particularly steamy April this year, will be moving its 2024 events to January. The five-day festival will take place Jan. 25-29 with much of the same offerings attendees have grown to love over the years. Guests can expect an itinerary full of wine dinners, master classes, tastings and, of course, the Grand Tasting, hosted by The Ringling on Sunday, Jan. 28.

“We are thrilled to announce that, due to survey responses, guest comments and popular demand, Forks & Corks Food & Wine Festival is moving to January in 2024,” said Sarasota-Manatee Originals board president and Café Gabbiano owner Marc Grimaud in a press release. “This year will mark the 17th anniversary of Forks & Corks, which has become one of the top food and wine events in the Southeastern United States.”

Tickets for the festival’s most sought-after event, the Grand Tasting, will go on sale at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 10. VIP tickets will be $450 and include a $150 wine voucher for the on-site wine shop, complimentary valet service and access to a VIP tent presented by The Scout Guide Sarasota. Early access tickets will be $350 and will include a $50 wine voucher.

General admission tickets will go on sale at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 17, and will be priced at $175. Those have historically sold out within minutes, so be sure to mark your calendar. Ticket sales will be available on this website.

“We are excited to be registering 60-plus owners and winemakers from across the globe to participate in our 2024 events," said Sarasota-Manatee Originals winery chair and co-proprietor of Michael’s on East Michael Klauber. "Over 15 of the world’s most famous wine-producing countries will be represented at the event, along with delicious tastings from the Gulf Coast’s Sarasota-Manatee Originals members."
