As the COVID-19 pandemic keeps us socially distanced and (mostly) indoors, two local photographers have found a way to help families document these sad, strange times—and inject a little joy into area families' lives. Inspired by a national front-porch portrait movement, Cliff Roles and Andrea Hillebrand are capturing family photos from a social distance to sweet, nostalgic and sometimes-silly effect. Here are a selection of their snapshots.
