Nautilus Custom Homes received five awards from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for craftsmanship and design in a recently completed Siesta Key residence called "Island Breeze." Ross Built Custom Homes also received two for its recent restorative work on the historic Van Wezel Estate.

The accolades were presented at the NAHB National Awards and Best in American Living Awards (BALA) during the recent International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas. The awards honor industry professionals for homes and communities across the United States and Canada. There were roughly 150 finalists this year.

The luxury builders are no strangers to award winning. In 2022, Ryan Perrone, president and co-founder of Nautilus Homes, earned the prestigious title of AIA Florida Builder of the Year. In 2023, Ross Built won the Grand Aurora Award for the Manatee River "Modern River House" in the category of Best Custom Home Under 5,000 Square Feet.
