Ingredients:
1 oz Belvedere vodka
.25 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz peach puree
.25 oz lemon juice
Splash of Grenadine
Sparkling wine – Cava or Prosecco
Recipe:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into champagne flute.
Top with sparkling wine.
