Lido Key Tiki Bar’s "My Oh!" Mai Tai won our Sarasota’s Best: Tropical Cocktail tasting this month–and in case you aren’t able to make it to the beach, we’ve got the recipe so you can whip up your own at home. Happy drinking!

Lido Key Tiki Bar’s My Oh! Mai Tai”
Tiki George and Pete’s version of a classic Mai Tai

Take one very tall glass and fill completely with ice.

Add 1/3 oz Amaretti di Saronno

Add 1 ounce Mount Gay Eclipse Rum and 1 ounce Bacardi Silver.

Add 1.5 ounce each fresh pineapple juice and fresh lime juice, slightly

Top with a generous float of Coruba Dark Rum

Garnish with cherry, pineapple wedge and umbrella.

For a lovely presentation, this drink is not stirred or shaken, it is built in layers. Before drinking, give it a quick stir to bring up the amaretto from the bottom.
