Create good cheer with these holiday cocktails.
A holiday cocktail can add festive spirit to any event. Nobody knows that better than Maeve Persquera, the national food and beverage director of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, whose enviable job includes testing and selecting signature cocktails for the restaurants every Christmas season. We persuaded Persquera to part with the recipes for Fleming’s two top creations this year–the Haute Holiday and Merry Mint Spice. Vibrant and colorful, they taste as dazzling as they look, and they’re so simple to make you can easily enjoy them at your own holiday gatherings.
