Kimberly Early and James Scott Payne of St. Petersburg and Patricia Entsminger of Sarasota have joined the Neuro Challenge Foundation for Parkinson’s board of directors. Early is a senior vice-president and a founding principal at Sabal Trust Company. Payne has spent more than 50 years working at Icare Industries, founded by his father in 1968. Entsminger works with individual and business clients providing comprehensive tax, outsourced accounting and consulting services. The Neuro Challenge Foundation is dedicated to helping give Parkinson's patients and their caregivers a better quality of life.
