Williams Parker has added attorney William “Dirk” Pastorick to the litigation section of the firm, where he will serve as senior counsel. Pastorick has 25 years of complex litigation experience with various sub-specialties representing clients in the U.S. and London. His bar admissions include Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. He will be focusing his practice on business litigation, real estate litigation, and other varied matters.

Prior to moving to Sarasota in 2020, Pastorick and his family lived in the Philadelphia area where he advised clients in complex coverage disputes and the defense of third-party claims involving specialty and significant exposure liability matters. He earned his  J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
