Founded more than 25 years ago, Aviva brings the best in senior housing and care to Sarasota. As Sarasota’s only single-site, not-for-profit rental community, Aviva offers a full continuum of care. Seniors often come to Aviva when the time is right to leave their permanent home and seek independent living in a stimulating environment where programs, meals, and medical care are accessible and future housing and healthcare needs can be met.
