Since we’re getting to the season of office parties and nipping the eggnog at your desk when you think the boss isn’t looking, let’s have some fun today and take a look at Sarasota’s ultimate penthouse. With conventional financing your mortgage payment would be around $45,000 – a month.
It’s owned by a Fortune 500 businessman who is currently divorced, so if it has the air of an elaborate bachelor pad, there’s a reason.
