I’m a gin girl, no two ways about it. And I’m a bit obsessed with St. Germain Elderflower liquor. So imagine my delight when I discovered Tommy Bahama’s Cucumber Smash:
1.75 ounces of Hendrick’s Gin
.75 ounces of St. Germain Elderflower Liquor
.50 ounces of simple syrup
4 cubes of cucumbers
1 ounce club soda
The juice of half a fresh lime
Muddle cukes with the lime juice. Add the Hendrick’s and St. Germain to the shaker; shake, shake, shake. Then strain over a Collins glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with 2 thinly sliced cucumber wheels.
