Second Annual Model Home Showcase
London Bay Homes’ second annual Model Home Showcase and Charity Challenge is now underway at The Founders Club. Now through April 1, visitors can tour three of London Bay’s newly decorated models—the Laurel, Traviata and Isabella—while supporting one of three local nonprofit organizations: Humane Society of Sarasota County, Sarasota Orchestra and the Florida Suncoast Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Last year, more than 1,500 visitors attended and nearly $5,000 was raised for the three charities that participated. Tickets for this year’s tour are $5 per person (kids are free), and all proceeds will be donated to the charity of the attendees choice. At the end of the eight-week charity challenge, London Bay Homes will again provide additional funds to the charity that has the most ticket sales.
