Two of the bedrooms face the Gulf, and the master suite has the sort of bath that luxury downtime demands—it’s 20 feet long, with a toilet that literally glows in the dark and a view of the water from the Jacuzzi tub. There’s another sleeping space/den/media room with its own bath and rustic wooden floor.

The kitchen comes completely equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, gourmet cookware, dishes and glassware, coffee machines. (By the way, you can order food from Morton’s.) There’s a washer and dryer, a powder room and a big entrance hall. The furniture is top of the line, somewhat British Colonial in feeling, with a living room coffee table we recognized as a design by famed T.J. Robsjohn-Gibbings.

Unit 407 is priced at $1,899,999. Monthly charges are $2,749 and they include electricity and all other utilities. There is also a rental program for owners.
