How cute is this! A storybook cottage in the perfect neighborhood, just a short walk to Morton’s Market and Southside Village. It looks like the kitchen, dining area and bath got a makeover circa 1980, and these areas are the ones that feel dated, not the original 1920s stuff. The orange counter top in the kitchen has to go, and the neo-knotty pine paneling you’ll probably at least want to paint white. The bathroom has good 1920s bones but needs restoration. And the back yard looks sad at the moment, but it’s nothing some good landscaping couldn’t change. All in all, some easy changes and you’ll have a contender for cutest cottage in the cutest neighborhood.
