A longtime landmark in the Indian Beach neighborhood, Jungle Gardens has enthralled generations of visitors with its wild creatures and exotic foliage. But artist John Pirman, who recently moved to the nearby Sapphire Shores neighborhood, says he finds the entrance pavilion as intriguing as what's inside. The futuristic 1960s-style architecture, with those "multiple witches'- hat roof lines tells visitors they are about to experience a very special place," he says.
