I’d categorize Megan Greenberg’s style as urban chic–she's one of those girls who could do the elusive day-to-night transition with ease. No doubt she’d be comfortably perfect for almost any evening activity with a change of shoes and bag; maybe add a jacket, maybe not. She’s an indigo girl who loves comfort in a good jean and makes them an important aspect of her nonchalant-cool layering story.

I caught up with her at Artisan Cheese Company on Main Street in Downtown Sarasota…

Name/age: Megan Greenberg, 31

About me: I live to eat and love to laugh. To me, perfection is a good meal, a good book and a good sunset; quality time with my man, my pets and a repeat episode of 30 Rock; uncontrollable laughter with my girlfriends and a bit of restoration on my yoga mat. That about covers all I need to get by in this world.

What I do: I eat and I write about eating and then I think about what I'll eat tomorrow. I obsessively love all things cheese (and not cheese!) at my day job at Artisan Cheese Company. I spend my nights working on my blog, Semisweetness (& Sometimes Swear Words) where I pretty much just chat about all the delicious goodies from the shop. I also write for Edible Sarasota.

“Comfort truly is key. Skinny jeans and slouchy tops are my go-to. Especially these Genetic Denim pants which look like denim, feel like velvet and fit like leggings."

“I'm really big into so-called 'arm parties.' There's something really fun about wearing too much jewelry.”
