The mansion, at 1219 Westway Drive, has 7,415 square feet of heated air plus several terraces and top-of-the-line finishes throughout. There is a 30-foot dock, heated pool and spa, and private beach access. Sarasota Magazine named it one of the city’s 10 most beautiful homes in 2009.
