I dedicate this blog to my always-stylish friend Jody Fountain, who recently thought he committed a major fashion faux pas: Wearing white after Labor Day.  Little did he know how on-trend he really was.  Here’s the truth: For two years running, one of the top trends that has emerged from the fall Fashion Week runways is winter white. It’s a strong and fashion forward achromatic silhouette that’s signaling its staying power as one the hottest looks that spans the seasons.  And it’s one of the most wearable trends out there.

For those of us slow to release our hold on our favorite color palette of black, black and some dark gray, go for simple yet chic color-blocking.
