The residence was closed off from view and accessibility to the bay. These stringent conditions led us to design a space that served as a connector between the owners access and view to the existing bay and intercoastal waterway. The house is situated on an elevated plinth that entirely caged the exiting enclosure by cutying the plinth and adding a set of stairs giving mobility and view of the water.
