Hot Dish: Michael's On East's Butter-Roasted Flounder

From the changing monthly global menu at Michael's came a dish that's earned a spot on the permanent lunch menu. Tender, light, buttery flounder fillets are perfectly balanced with a hint of grain mustard in a brown sage butter sauce. The Brussels sprouts at the bottom of the dish are as delightful as the toasted almonds on top. Michael's On East, 1212 S. East Ave., Sarasota, (941) 366-0007.
