Let’s switch gears this week and turn to home décor—a personal yet fashionable way to express ourselves in our favorite rooms and nooks.

You can take this piece indoors or outdoors and achieve different kinds of ambiance, and the petrified wood makes it handsome. But don’t let its age fool you: It also has a modern feel, for sure.

Sustainability seems to be a common thread between all my finds this month, and this purchase feels all the more sweet when you know you’re being kind to the environment. And of course, I know the statement pieces like this I have in my abode always inspire a conversation.
