This week: The Limoncello Lemon Drop at Lakewood Ranch's Main Street Trattoria

The drink: Limoncello, passion fruit vodka and simple syrup. I've had a few lemon drops in my time (usually in shot form) (sometimes I make poor decisions), and limoncello is basically a classy Italian lemon drop. In this case, it's the passion fruit vodka that adds an unexpected vanilla-y dimension that makes it more of a sipper and less of a shooter.

The bar: The restaurant as a whole gets hopping, and the bar, with its windows looking out onto sidewalk seating, is a great vantage point for Main Street people-watching at all hours.

Other notable potables: Grapefruit lovers should go for the Campari cocktail, a fizzy delight with Grand Mariner and grapefruit juice. And then there's an assortment of dessert martinis (espresso, chocolate, key lime) for after-dinner treats.
