New Model Homes and Communities Continue to Enter the Sarasota Market

DiVosta Homes has opened Hammock Preserve on Palmer Ranch, a gated neighborhood off Honore Avenue that will have an eventual 388 homes. Four two- to five-bedroom models are available for viewing, ranging from 1,542 to 2,488 square feet. Shown here is the Martin Ray model. Prices at Hammock Preserve start in the high $200,000s.

Neal Communities has opened five new models—three single-family homes and two Spanish-style villas—at Boca Royale Golf & Country Club, including the Fresh Spring model, shown here. Boca Royale is a semi-private, 1,000-acre master-planned community in Englewood. Homes start from the mid-$200,000s.

London Bay Homes has broken ground on its newest model in The Founders Club, the Pembrook. The 3,560-square-foot home will include three bedrooms, four full baths, a study and bonus room within an open great room floorplan. It will showcase London Bay Homes’ latest architectural designs including a shower garden off the master bath, expanded outdoor areas and a larger front porch, as well as a bonus room for homebuyer customization. The Pembrook will join three other single-family luxury model homes currently open for viewing at The Founders Club, priced from $1,494,779 to $2,178,900.

 

Kolter Homes has broken ground on Artistry Sarasota, a lakefront new-home community east of I-75 between Fruitville and Bee Ridge roads. Six new models will be available for viewing.
