More than 600 people turned out at the Ritz for Tidewell Hospice's 13th annual Signature Luncheon, which celebrated connection, both in terms of last year's merger with Empath Health and in the way Tidewell serves its patients and families. President and Ceo Jonathan Fleece stressed that connection in remarks made before keynote speaker, Emmy-winning actor and author Henry Winkler, took the stage to a standing ovation to talk about his personal struggles with dyslexia, and how hospice support elsewhere was so important to his in-laws.
