Trick-or-treat yourself to a Sarasota tradition: Fruitville Grove's Annual Pumpkin Festival. Snap a photo in the pumpkin patch or at the petting zoo from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday in October.

Haunted Sarasota Trolley Tour

Hop on the Discover Sarasota trolley to explore haunted Sarasota, including famous murders, unsolved crimes and ghostly buildings. Each tour will include prizes for the best costume, so come decked to the nines.

Lights at Spooky Point

This Halloween-themed light show returns for another year at Historic Spanish Point. Tour the park to gaze at spooky but still family-friendly creations made from thousands of lights and "bootanical" decorations.

Hunsader Farms' 32nd Annual Pumpkin Festival kicks off on Oct. 14 with loads of family-friendly activities. A pumpkin patch, hayrides and a corn maze are only a few of the offerings on hand.

Children's Halloween Parade

Kick off Halloween with a parade at Centennial Park in Venice. Kids can keep the good times rolling with free trick-or-treating down the avenue after the parade ends.

Día De Los Muertos Celebration at Kolucan
