So-called “natural” wines are made with grapes free from pesticides and herbicides, and while the term isn’t exact, it usually means the winemaker shuns unnecessary additives. If you’re new to this unusual and sometimes wild category of wines, Artisan Cheese Company is offering an easy starter pack. For $60, the shop will pick three bottles for you to try.
