Taste of Immokalee is a food manufacturer run by high school students that puts all of its profits toward scholarships, internships and job training programs in Immokalee, a Collier County farmworker community that is one of the poorest areas of the state. In addition to making salsas and hot sauces that are stocked at grocery stores like Publix, Taste of Immokalee also sells seasonal holiday gift bundles, and just recently debuted its new 2021 collection.

The products are made with local produce, and the bundles include mixes of salsas and chips, barbecue and hot sauces, branded aprons and orange zest chocolate chip cookies made in partnership with Naples’ Mikkelsen’s Pastry Shop. The theme of this year's collection is "Igniting Dreams," and bundle prices range from $12 to $70.
