In celebration of National Guide Dog Month this September, Daiquiri Deck has partnered with Southeastern Guide Dogs with a goal to raise $50,000 for the nonprofit. Starting on Sept. 1 and running through the end of the month, guests will have the option to round up their checks for the cause. Each table will also be equipped with a QR code for making individual donations.

"Our hope is to raise $10,000 at each of our five locations for a grand total of $50,000,"  Daiquiri Deck co-owner Matt Grover said in a press release. "We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Southeastern Guide Dogs, and our team is working hard to help spread awareness to support the amazing work they do in our community."

Southeastern Guide Dogs provides service dogs to individuals in need. The organization  breeds, raises and trains these working dogs for people with vision loss, veterans with disabilities and children with significant challenges.

The top donor of the month will be given the title of "Top Dog," plus a VIP tour of the Southeastern Guide Dogs facility in Palmetto, where they can meet and greet with all the wiggly tails.

The Daiquiri Deck has five locations in the Sarasota-Bradenton area, for more information visit their website.
