Five-O Donut Co., known for its fanciful gourmet creations, is opening a fifth location this Saturday, Aug. 6. The new spot is located in Bradenton near State College of Florida and IMG Academy, both of which are teeming with hungry students.

To celebrate the opening, the shop will be giving away one free doughnut per person, a free T-shirt to the first six customers in line, and a mixed six-pack of doughnuts to the first 12 fans who show up with their Five-O T-shirts on.

"We are just so very appreciative of all the support our community lends us," owner Christine Nordstrom said in a press release.

The new opening is not the only thing the rapidly growing chain is celebrating. Five-O is also introducing vegan doughnuts at several locations around town. The plant-based products will be made on dedicated vegan equipment with a well-researched recipe sure to attract vegans and omnivores alike.

"Our vegan line will be available at our Bradenton, UTC and Siesta Row locations to start," said Nordstrom. "We will eventually roll it out to all locations system-wide as we perfect the process."

The new Five-O Donut Co. will be open seven days a week at 5942 34th St. W., Unit #116, Bradenton. For more information visit the shop's website.
