Chef Paul Mattison will host a wine dinner in partnership with Bonterra Wines on Jan. 26. at Mattison’s Forty-One. For $125, guests can enjoy a five-course menu paired with Bonterra’s varietals, which received a Regenerative Organic Certification in 2021. This means its grapes are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.

Enjoying organic wines from a winery that specializes in organic and biodynamic farming practices (a type of growing that relies on sustainability, holistics and the lunar cycle) is a great way to maintain some of your New Year’s resolutions while still indulging in a chef-crafted menu.

Reservations are still available for this wine dinner, but hurry—they should be made by Tuesday, Jan. 24.

The Bonterra Wines wine dinner will be on Jan. 26 at Mattison’s Forty-One located at 7275 S. Tamiami Trail. For more information call (941) 921-3400 or visit this website for reservations.
