Pier 22 has announced its first cooking class of the new season! The theme? Southern Style with Chef Greg Campbell–a lively, fun and informative instructor. Tastings and recipes will cover fried chicken and waffle hors d’oeuvres, pork and collard greens, shrimp and grits, Brunswick stew and apple cobbler–yum!

The class includes a five-course tasting and non-alcoholic beverages. Cost is $29.95 per person or $39.95 to include two drink tickets for the bar; tax and gratuity are additional. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (941) 748-8087.
