The Sarasota company Mindful Medicinals, which sells cannabidiol (known as CBD) products, recently opened a store at 1906 Glengary St., Suite B, Sarasota. CBD is the chemical compound found in hemp and is used as an anti-inflammatory and anti-depressant medication and pain reliever. The company is celebrating the grand opening of its new store 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 4.
