Brad Long and Frank DeStefano of Bradenton’s Soothe Pharmacy Inc. purchased the 14,000-square-foot retail building at 1830 S. Osprey Ave. in Sarasota for $4.1 million.

 


 

 

Sarasota-based Insula Companies has acquired two apartment communities in separate transactions, the sixth and seventh for the company in 2015 and the 21st and 22nd since its inception in 2009. The purchases include the 120-unit Club at Lake Jackson in Tallahassee for $6.375 million and the 164-unit Village Green apartments in Altamonte Springs for $12.8 million.

 


 

 

Dr. Thomas Rubino leased a 2,500-square-foot medical office space located at 8614 S.R. 70, Suite 103, in Bradenton from Ranch Lake Plaza, Inc. Tony Veldkamp of the downtown office of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.
