“Metal finishes. Brass and copper are back. I love mixing metal finishes; I just finished a powder bath with bronze fixtures, a brass mirror and painted copper walls with a polished swirled finish.”

“Bright, saturated color. Many high-end showrooms at market featured it. I love color in artwork, in touches of upholstery and in feature walls; this is a great way to introduce it to a client who has a fear of using too much color.”

“Velvet. And navy was the feature color; it’s the new neutral. Almost any other color complements navy nicely.”

“Midcentury modern. Sleek, not bulky; and the warm wood tones are nice versus the modern chrome style of other contemporary furniture.”
