Denise Oyler, a broker-associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, was recently named Realtor of the Year by the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM). The award was presented to Oyler during the RASM Annual Installation and Awards Banquet in December 2019. It honors a realtor who has contributed to RASM, Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and who has recognized service to the community and other business accomplishments. Oyler has served on the board of directors of RASM and Florida Realtors, as well as several local and state committees. She is a real estate instructor at the state and national levels and offers a mentorship program for new associates at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty. For the past six years, she has been volunteering at Tidewell Hospice and currently serves on its vigil team.
