SVN Commercial Advisory Group was recently involved in two commercial sales in Palmetto and Sarasota, respectively. Tony Veldkamp and Matt Fenske coordinated the sale of approximately 40 acres of land, to be developed at 2845 69^th St. East in Palmetto. Hewitt D. Miller, trustee, was the seller. JBS Commercial was the buyer. The purchase price was $5.35 million and the buyer plans to develop the front of the property into retail with multifamily on the back portion of the parcel.

Fenske and Veldkamp also coordinated the sale of a 2,250-square-foot industrial flex asset at 6646 26^th Court E. in Sarasota. Happy Friday 6646, LLC was the seller. ENCI Construction, Inc. was the buyer. Dale Wanting of Prime Commercial represented the seller; Fenske and Veldkamp represented the buyer. The purchase price was $240,000; ENCI, which specializes in commercial interior buildouts, plans to use the asset for their offices and storage of materials.
