The opening of the Honore Avenue extension southward in 2016 opened up a whole new part of Palmer Ranch. Here are six new-home communities that have debuted at the master-planned community in the last few years.

Talon Preserve on Palmer Ranch

DiVosta Homes’ Talon Preserve on Palmer Ranch (pictured above) is a 926-homesite gated community coming this fall to Palmer Ranch off Honore Avenue a half-mile south of State Road 681 in Nokomis. There will be a mix of single-family and attached villa homes set among 61 acres of lakes and 110 acres of nature preserves. Prices will range from the low $300,000s to the $700,000s.

DiVosta Homes is also developing Hammock Preserve on Palmer Ranch. Bordered by South Creek off Honore Avenue, it is a gated community with a range of home styles with lake and nature preserve views, starting in the $300,000s. Residents will enjoy a clubhouse with pool and spa and sports courts.

Esplanade on Palmer Ranch

Taylor Morrison’s Esplanade on Palmer Ranch is a resort-style community with detached villa and single-family floor plans in open concept layouts. Sunrise Preserve at Palmer Ranch

Mattamy Homes’ Sunrise Preserve at Palmer Ranch is a gated community of single-family homes and paired villas nestled around lakes and nature preserves, priced from the mid-$300,000s. Amenities include a clubhouse with pool, fitness center, fire pit, sports courts and an activities director.
