The national residential lot developer Forestar Group Inc. recently announced it will build a new residential neighborhood in Lakewood Ranch. Star Farms will be a 700-acre, 1,500-home gated community surrounded by local dining, shopping and amenities. The neighborhood will include a combination of single family homes, villas and townhomes.
