Wellen Park Continues to Grow with Neal Communities’ Avelina
The single-family neighborhood will offer 96 single-family homes at build-out.

Neal Communities has broken ground on its newest Wellen Park community, Avelina. Located in the Playmore District of the master-planned south Sarasota County community, a mile from CoolToday Park, the Atlanta Braves new spring training facility, Avelina will consist of 96 single-family residences in British West Indies and Coastal style homes in five floorplans ranging from 2,327 to 2,752 square feet. A grand opening is slated for the third quarter of 2021.
