84 Lumber Corporation purchased the 10-acre industrial property in Palmetto in a $4,175,000 cash deal.

A gated industrial complex in Palmetto that was previously the worldwide operations headquarters of Feld Entertainment/Ringling Bros. recently sold for $4,175,000 to 84 Lumber Corporation in a cash deal. The property contains corporate offices as well as three warehouses that are nearly 80,000 square feet. Angelia Young of A. Young Realty Group, Inc. was both the listing and selling agent.
