T-Mobile South leased 2,912 square feet of retail space in Jacaranda Plaza at 1671 U.S. 41 Bypass S., Suite 100, from Benderson Properties, Inc. Michelle Hoffmann with LandQwest Commercial and Larry Poe with JLL represented the tenant, while Heather Fava with Benderson represented the landlord.

Mr. Brews, a craft beer and burger restaurant, leased 2,800 square feet at 12168 Mercado Drive, near CoolToday Park, from West Parkway Realty LLC. Tom Strauss and Jessica McEvoy with LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant. Jessica Moreno with Sembler represented the landlord.
