Forestar Group Inc. has unveiled Phase One of the community master plan for its 700-acre Star Farms, a multigenerational lifestyle community coming to Lakewood Ranch. Forestar plans to release more than 300 homesites in Phase One, including single-family homes, townhomes and villas ranging from approximately 1,500 to more than 4,000 square feet.
