Gregory Yadley, a corporate law attorney at Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick, LLP, has been reappointed to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies. Yadley has served on the national committee since its inception in 2011 and is one of only three members reappointed from the original committee. The 15-member committee makes recommendations to the five SEC commissioners concerning the best interests of small businesses and investors.
