Cortez's Seafood Shack recently appointed Eddy Shorter as assistant dockmaster and Dawn Ferguson as assistant food and beverage manager. Shorter oversees all operations as they apply to the property’s 68-slip marina, with a focus on serving the marina customers and guests and maintaining the safety and organization of the marina and its environs. Ferguson, meanwhile, is responsible for overseeing the operation of the 180-seat restaurant and its staff of 25 and maintaining standards and efficiency.
