Dean Schmitt recently joined the sales team at Risdon Real Estate. Schmitt has experience as a local real estate sales agent as well as a background of working with builders, developers, architects and designers on new single-family homes and condominiums. Schmitt will assist buyers of new Risdon Group developments. In addition to constructing new developments, Risdon on 5th and The Risdon, the group also recently purchased an existing 16,000-square-foot mixed use building located at Fif^{th Street} and Central Avenue.
