As part of its Kindness Community campaign, started with former North Port mayor Jacqueline Moore, Goodwill Manasota is launching a new Kindness at Work speaker series that begins Friday, June 23, and continues monthly through the summer. The first luncheon event will feature Jaime DiDomenico of Cool Today and Plumbing Today, Brian West of Publix and Margarita Valenzula of Culver's. Tickets are $20. The event takes place at Goodwill's corporate campus, 715 51st Ave. E., Bradenton. Future dates for the speaker series are Friday, July 28, and Friday, Aug. 11.
