The Arts and Cultural Alliance of Sarasota County is hosting a series of four workshops designed to help artists build the business and administrative skills necessary to support their careers. The Business of Art Workshops are being held at the Center for Arts and Humanity, 1226 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. The first class takes place 8:30 a.m.-noon Tuesday, Sept. 26. Featured speakers include Michelle Greene from Rough & Ready Media and Susan Burke from the Arts and Cultural Alliance. Topics include creating your presence on the alliance’s new website, formatting photos for the web and getting the most out of your website and social media accounts. Registration is $10 for alliance members and $15 for non-members.
