Sarasota's Newtown Redevelopment Office recently hired DeAndrae Spradley as its new redevelopment manager. Spradley has spent the last 15 years working with real estate developers across Florida in both the private and public sector. He designed preliminary site plans for companies such as Publix, Walgreens, Walmart and Wendy's. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and a graduate degree from the University of Florida. His tasks at the Redevelopment Office will include updating the neighborhood's redevelopment plan, promoting new business improvement incentives and more.
