The Gulf Coast Community Foundation is offering a free legal workshop for nonprofits to help prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. The workshop runs 8-10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30, at Michael's on East, 1212 S. East Ave., Sarasota, and will be led by Jennifer Compton, a partner and labor and employment practice co-administrator at the law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. The class is offered in a “train the trainer” format, so that attendees leave with the ability to train managers and supervisors at their nonprofits. Reserve a space online.
